- Macarons should be kept in the bottom of your fridge (preferably in an airtight plastic container).
- Take out the macarons at room temperature, 15 minutes prior to consumption.
- Do not freeze them.

Mercedesz Macarons are Perfect everytime! They are so beautiful and taste amazing, I think my favourite flavour is Jaffa Cake. They make such a special gift for birthdays or special occasions, I would definitely recommend them!
We loved the variety of flavours we got in our box, they were all really tasty and freshly made. I liked how they were ready to collect so promptly and presently very well. A lovely addition to the sweet treats in Shetland and something different from cakes.
