Do you offer home delivery?

Yes! We offer home delivery using Royal Mail 48 Tracked, ensuring your macarons arrive fresh and in perfect condition. Delivery times and fees may vary depending on your location, and you’ll see the available options and costs at checkout. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?

Yes! We offer a pick-up option from our designated pick-up point at:

Simply select the pick-up option at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification with collection details. 

How long will my macarons keep fresh?

Your macarons will keep fresh for 2 weeks when you keep them in the fridge. Macarons are best served at room temperature.

How should I store my macarons?

You can store your macarons in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Macarons should be kept in the bottom of your fridge (preferably in an airtight plastic container). Take out the macarons at room temperature, 20 minutes prior to consumption. Do not freeze them.

What are the ingredients?

All our macarons contain eggs, dairy, nuts and sugar. Macarons are made with almond flour, making them naturally gluten-free. Check out our products with detailed ingredients and allergens here.

How much notice is required for an order? 

We require 24 hours minimum when you place an order. Notice requirements for specific products may extend up to 2 weeks. Please consider this when placing your order.
