- You can store your macarons in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
- Macarons should be kept in the bottom of your fridge (preferably in an airtight plastic container).
- Take out the macarons at room temperature, 15 minutes prior to consumption.
- Do not freeze them.

We ordered a 3 tier macaron cake for our 25th wedding anniversary, not only was it beautiful it tasted amazing - I had tried the small macarons and they were lovely before but the cake is just so much more, I would recommend everyone to try these next time you are looking for a celebration cake it was amazing
