We eat with our eyes first.
That’s the idea at the heart of everything we create.
Yes, there are many delicious macarons out there — but none quite like ours. From the first glance, you’ll see what sets them apart: smooth, flawless shells, perfect feet, clean lines, and colours that are carefully chosen and balanced like a painter’s palette.
Every detail is intentional. Every batch is crafted with precision and creativity. Because before a single bite is taken, we believe the experience should already feel special. Beautiful things make people pause — and our goal is to create that little pause of delight with every box we send.
Of course, taste matters too. But it all begins with beauty. That first impression. That quiet “wow.”
Our founder, Mercedes, gained her qualification and hands-on experience as a confectioner in Hungary, where she developed her passion for both precision and creativity in patisserie. Her vision — to combine technical perfection with artistic presentation — is at the heart of everything we do.
We started our journey in Shetland and are now continuing it in Aberdeen — still baking, still refining, still chasing that perfect finish. We’ve been lucky to have people fall in love with our macarons once before, and now we hope to share that same joy with even more people across the city and beyond.
